There are no limitations on how awesome you can customize your theme. Your website should be treated as a canvas, where you can paint your imaginations and bring them into reality.
In the same way, you can add essential add-ons and functionality to increase the performance of your store. You can include testimonials and user experiences to build trust with your site visitors.
“Trust” plays a major role. Yes, any visitor who would wish to purchase products from your store, should feel that your brand is trustworthy and he/she would not fall into trouble later on. And it’s your duty to convey that through your website.
Another major thing to be considered is the payment gateway that you integrate with your store. It should be a reputed payment gateway such as PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Instamojo, etc…
You should make sure that the audience you are targeting should be familiar with the one you offer. It is also a good practice to insert trust badges on your checkout page to gain the trust of your customers.
What are the other essential components?
Customer Support–Who will your customer run to if they face any queries? That’s the reason you need to add live chat support to help your customers with all their queries right away. Or you can also ask to fill in the contact form present on your website and assure them that your team will get back soon.
Discounts-Making your customer feel happy should be your top priority. You need to provide them with regular discounts so that in the future they return to your store when they have to purchase 🙂
